I used Sonata Venture's wonderful marketing, branding and PR services when I co-founded a business specializing in analytics for eCommerce merchants. Specifically, we invented a product that measures and remediates unrealized lost online revenue on eCommerce sites typically caused by customer frustration leading to abandonment.
