Hired Sooner Marketing to develop a website for our business. Paid in excess of 30K for the project. After nearly 3 years elected to pursue/hire another company to actually produce what was promised. After 2.5 years, of the 13 deliverable items, one was marked complete (this is an e-mail from Sooner). It appears litigation will be necessary to have any hope of collecting any sort of refund (What's humorous is that I am now threatened with additional billing for all of the additional time they spent doing......nothing if I pursue litigation). In any case, while Sooner may be good at some technology driven application/markets, designing websites, fulfilling contracts/promises, and communications does not appear to be among or within their abilities. I would strongly recommend hiring a more mature/experienced firm for your tech/marketing needs. I am willing to provide documents, notes and e-mails that support the above to any that would request the same.
