Air conditioning unit outside was not working. Called on Friday night and came out Saturday morning. Tech that came over diagnosed problem right away (bad contactor). However, I have two complaints. First, the cost to replace the part was outrageous considering the part is relatively inexpensive and took a short time to replace. I then made mention of the electrical wiring that was hanging down along the side of the wall connected to the A/C unit. The gentleman fixed the wiring but NO MENTION was made that this was going to cost extra on top of the service call fee.

Assessed current ac units, very knowledgeable and advised based on facts not greed. Very satistified and assessment was half the price of others that I called to find out what I already thought. The mini split units were trash but other companies wanted $139 1st unit and 1/2 price for 2nd.Soundview was $99 for both which I thought was extremely fair considering the age and condition. Would use again

Thanks Mary Ann for the quick next day appt and for sending me the best technician to my home! Was here bright n early on 4/6/18 0830hrs. Kids are nice n toasty now-thanks again!

Great company to work with. They're honest and professional. I called them to come out and check our heating system as it wouldn't get past a certain temperature. They came out and saw that it was just something clogging a pipe. They fixed it in 5 minutes. For all I knew I needed to replace the entire system.
