This library has become one of my favorite places to visit!The people who work there are friendly and most willing to help with special information or requests.I'm not certain of the correct spelling of her name but Laurie, has been most willing to help and encourage me on my quest to write!!

The computers didn’t work. It was laggy. If you have others places to go. Go there before you waste your time at the library. Not a good first impression, if your going there for you first time.

I use libraries for its work space. I can't speak to customer service or what books, games, videos they have here. Pros: Fast internet and all these tables have 4 three prong outlets in the middle of the table where you can easily charge up your laptop, phone, and whatever else you may want to charge up. There are many tables and there is a lot of natural sunlight into this library. Con: The "study rooms" while superficially nice, are not at all sound proof. You can hear, clearly, every single word from the room next door. There might as well not be a wall. I had headphones on and music playing and I could still hear conversation from the next room. In contrast, the library in Cleveland Heights on Lee Road also has study rooms but the Lee Road library study rooms are much more sound proof. While you can hear sound coming from the next room, you can't make out every single word the person is saying. Or, at the very least, you would have to try really hard to "spy" on your neighbor.

I was skeptical of the new library after going to the Telling Mansion for years but after going to the library one time, I see why they moved. The library needed more space and it is here. I also love the drive up drop off and checkout.

I just called this library from vacation to renew two books I am currently reading and the staff I spoke with on the phone was completely rude and unprofessional! This library needs a professional development day!

I just decided to stop by this library a couple of weeks ago and been coming ever since. It is clean, and have a lot of extras that other libraries do not have like a recording room, extra computers, and a writing lab. They are great.

I absolutely love Lauri in the writing center. Some of the other librarians and the branch manager isn’t as friendly but it is what it is. I would definitely give it 5 stars if Lauri worked everyday all day!!
