Overall Feedback:

For my first professional interview I believe it prepared me well for other interviews I have had since. Alex, the HR manager, conducted a very formal but relaxed first interview and the second interview (job shadow) was executed well which allowed me to get a great grasp of what the true work of South Inc. was like.
