Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had. Called for a week straight trying to book a room and every time I leave a message and nobody gets back to us. I call and get disconnected when I get transfered. Literally trying to give them money and they just won't take it. Absolutely awful.

Spaceous, almost gigantic Bedroom||Tiny old fashioned bathroom ||Great view from balcony||No real bread on breakfast buffet||Müsli selection okay.||Bar and bar restaurant good.||Good conference facilicites, particularly the loudspeakers. Very important.

Very nice hotel and amenities, the swim up bar is great also, my only complaint was the hard mattress.

Nice room and area. The air conditioning want working properly. Had to set at 71 degrees just to get it to come on. The system was making a strange noise when it cycled off. Somewhat annoying at night.
