We rented House # 7- plenty of room. Loved that both floors had a view of the lake. The back deck was wonderful- we spent most of our time on this deck. The kids had a blast jumping off the boat dock. It was wonderful!! Had a good time and will rebook for next year.

We recently stayed at rental unit #9, the Red Robin house. My husband and I, and two grandkids couldn’t have been more pleased. The interior of this house is completely new! We have stayed in several rental homes in different states and this was by far the nicest! Top of the line stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinets with self-closing drawers, tiled bathrooms, two living areas, new washer and dryer, we couldn’t ask for more. We were very pleased working with Southern Pines Realty. We will certainly work with them again on our next visit to Cherokee Village.

Realtor Boyd McMasters was indispensable in the process of prepping and selling my family home, and then finding my family a new home. I worked with Boyd through both processes. Once I completed the suggested changes made by Boyd, my home was on the market a very short time before an offer was made and accepted. Southern Pines Realty is the only company I will use for the sale and purchase of real-estate.

Southern Pines was wonderful when I had my family in to visit they stayed in one of their nightly rentals. The service was friendly and professional. The homes were so clean and very nicely decorated. My family will definitely go to Southern Pines Realty on their next stay.

My husband and I had Boyd come out to our home on whipporwill. And he was suppose to talk with his broker to try and help us sell our home. Of course he made it clear my husband was asking too much for our home. But he was going to talk with his broker anyway and get back with us. We never heard from him. Not even to just let us know he was not going to be our agent to sell our home. Not one word!! I would not use the realty place ever!! And will tell anyone I know not to. Not only were we needing someone to sell our home. But if that person did a good job would be helping us to find another bigger home. So now we are in the process of finding someone else!!!!!

We have known and worked with the very capable staff at Southern Pines for the last 10 years. They are professional in every sense of the word and yet give that personal touch to each transaction they undertake. We have purchased several properties over the last decade, using Debra as our broker. We have always been pleased and surprised at how fast she can make things happen! She has found the perfect places for us to buy; listed and sold properties we have wanted to sell and the office has helped us with our rental properties, as well. I cannot stress strongly enough how we value the service and follow-through we have always received by working with Southern Pines for all our real estate transactions. What a spectacular weekend we had at Thunderbird Lake. Thanks to Debra & Kristina at Southern Pines Realty for putting us in a great house. It was so clean & comfortable...we felt right at home. We will definitely be back.
