The turnover rate (voluntary and involuntary) is alarming. Many of my contacts which I had great relationships with were let go over a course of a month or two. Often the campaigns have new associates on the accounts which makes for additional work for us. From off the record conversations with the employees, the president is very much a number on paper guy who does not care much about the loyalty or tenure of their associates. Working with a team that is constantly changing with low moral associates is not a company our school desires. We had hope to continue our relationship with this company, however are actively researching other organizations.
