This is my first negative review of any company. After they screwed up my online account with years worth of data and on hold messages, I contacted tech support. they asked me for my info and then put me on hold for 20 minutes until 6 PM and then just hung up on me without a word. I really liked the product under the Cloudstream ownership but Spectrio is awful. Update - I called into tech support again the next morning and this time I received Mick's ext. He is their lead man for Cloudstream. This time the customer service was professional quality. We still haven't fixed the problem but I at least have more confidence in Nick. We'll see.
