After three phone calls, two in-office visits, and a phone message to the Editor - over two months - my newspaper issues are still unresolved.

My company recently advertised in their newspaper and now that I want a copy of our receipt for the business, I cannot get ahold of anyone. They don’t respond to messages sent on their website. Their lobby is closed to the public. If you call the almost 5 numbers they have on their door, or their main one listed here, you will never get through. I’ve been left on ring for over 15 minutes and I’ve left voicemails with no response.

Lame......If USA Today is in charge of this fiasco they should be ashamed. I complained months ago and the editor informed me it was a "community paper." I think community papers are usually free.

The most pathetic newspaper I've ever seen. The editor should be fired as this decent paper has gone downhill rapidly since he took over two years ago.
