Poor customer service, unreliable & misleading staff, website doesn't accept contact or order request consistently and most importantly NO ONE answers their phone. There are better choices for printing in the Toledo area. When Spitting Image opened a year ago they seemed to care about their customers, not so today. Actually took them 5 MONTHS to fill our order and it was still INCOMPLETE..And we heard EVERY excuse available when questioning where our order was, NEVER a solution.
