Client Review on Sports Inc. 2000

Feedback:

Double Charged. Traveling salesman came into my work office, had a lovely spiel about selling mets tickets, had a binder with company info, website was verified, $50 for 4 tickets, a promotional offer. My credit card was charged 4/7/2017 for $107.00, and a pending charge showed up again 4/10/2017 for another $107.00. I called the telephone number that was on the Mr. Bivin's badge and it sounded like a message from someones home, telling me that I reached a number that was different from the actual telephone number I called. I called back and some lady answered with a hello, no company Identification, I explained the situation to her, her name was 'Flo'. she said she would have to look into it, asked me the last 4 of the card I used and my telephone number and said she would call me back..That was 4 hours ago. My co-worker also bought these tickets and she purchased one package, for $50.00, and again 2 days ago there was another charge on her card for 153.50 . I am hoping beyond hope that I am able to get this straightened out without having to cancel my card and go through that inconvenience.**FOLLOW UP 4/13/2017 Sonia Sekhon phoned back from the company and explained that this sales person was a 7 day employee, they fired him. He reported fraudulent sales so he would be paid the commission for them. So instead of reporting the acccurate amount of tickets he sold me he doubled the numbers. They issued a refund immediately which should hit my account within 48 hours
