Our school recently purchased staff t-shirts from Spotlight. They had just got a new piece of equipment for printing and we were one of the first orders they completed with their new piece of equipment. They looked great but after one wash the printing on many of the shirts began to fade. We contacted Spotlight about the fading and without hesitation they agreed to replace all of them for no additional cost. By the time they were reprinted, Spotlight had figured out the problem and our "new" shirts are amazing! The customer service we received was excellent!
