They should run on weekends, run at 7 a.m. on weekdays, and not sit at the end of the line for 20 min. When you have just started.

no weekends, runs every hour and no run on Holidays. They're not even running on Mardi Gras (yes, makes no sense). Only reason why I give them any stars is because the bus is always clean, and on time.

DO NOT GET A TICKET ! IF YOU DONT HAVE CHANGE ! PLEASE GO TO A STORE AND GET DOLLARS!! THEY DO NOT CARE ENOUGH TO CHECK INTO IT AS THEY SHOULD! I don't know if the people they have in office can comprehend. I told him I had 5 dollars. The bus don't give change back so I got a 4 dollar bus ticket. Days later me and my fiance went to Toco bell so that was 2 dollars 1 for him 1 for me which left the remaining to 2 dollars. On our way back from Toco bell we couldn't use it because it said it was a 0 balance ! So I'm trying to see where my 2 dollars went he didn't get the number on back of my ticket to further check into it. He just told me from what I'm telling him it was 0 dollars and they can't do anything about it. Which that isn't correct. He said he talked to the driver of course the driver is going to say it had 0 dollars. Ummm duh!!! Why do you think I'm contacting yall? What's the point of putting a number on the ticket y'all give out. If y'all can't look it up and see what happen or how many times I swiped it?. That is so unprofessional! Especially to not use the number so they can see how many times I swiped. They just going by what I said which apparently he wasn't listen as he should've because 4-2 is 2! They supposed to call me back yesterday but never did. I had to called them! I'm not tripping over two dollars ! I now know to never do this again ! From now on I'll never put more than a dollar in it! I'm glad this happened because I was about to put 20 dollars on it. But hell no I'll really clown then ! Y'all need to do better! if it was your money it'll be a different story! Check into it by searching the number on back of the ticket. It isn't there for nothing but wait yes it is bc y'all didn't look it up or care too ! y'all going by he say she say ! #Sad

Very nice drivers.horrible schedule.no service at night .no service on the weekend.so if you dont have a 9-5 type of job your out of luck.

On y'all bus schedule y'all have on there that your pass at 5:55am and I just want to let you know that by experience that it don't and I wonder why y'all don't have no bus on the weekend they still do have people that work on the weekends and live way out here and have to walk far to get home I don't think it's fair and that something should be done about it I'm sorry that's one thing you don't have to worry about in Orleans Parish buses run Monday through Sunday
