Called for a quote, I asked a question about the policy and the gal told me they have people coming in today and do not have time. She gave me a number to Progressive and told me to call them for a quote. I asked if they were connected, she stated they are a completely different company. It was an awful feeling being put off like that. I apologized for "wasting her time" (exact words used, to see her response) and she replied with, "it's okay, bye." I would not recommend this feeling to anyone else or the location!

I have been a customer of there's for years and find that lately their customer service has fallen by the wayside. It appears they do not have the time to spend on customer accounts the way they did in the past :(
