It crashes constantly and can’t keep a decent connection. At my house we are paying for 10 mb and are only getting 3 and sometimes not even that! If you are looking for internet I would strongly suggest you find someone else. These guys literally screw you over

I hate the fact we have to have a home phone in order to have internet. The internet is very pricy and if there is service complaints it's always the consumers fault which will cost you $100 Everytime.
