I had an issue with my drive system that had taken my 2004 New Beetle totally out of commission. I called & explained the service manager what my problem were, he immediately got involved with getting the car inspected. He followed with calls to inform on what had been found with what I revealed & what they had found that was minor. I felt that I could trust their evaluation & business.

Update:At one o'clock the following day (Sunday) an employee finally came out to turn off their alarm. Area residents and SMPD spent 17 hours attempting to get anyone from the company to turn it off. The owner walked down my street on Monday and placed an apology letter with a $50 coupon on everyone's door. I also received an apology and personal contact information from an employee in case it ever happens again. It sounds like this will not happen again.Original Post:Not my family. I have attempted to contact st matthews imports for hours. Their building alarm has been going off for almost 12 hours straight. It’s 6 am! A completely irresponsible company. I can hear the alarm in all rooms of my home, including my bedroom. SMPD has attempted to get a hold of them. They even found their alarm company who said they would call the owners. The owners clearly have chosen not to come out and turn off their alarm. I wouldn’t trust them with an oil change.
