Feedback:

Untrained, uneducated, no-nothing staff. Everyone I spoke to after the ER visit said if you want to live, DON'T go here. It's absolutely true. I had nurse tell me "we don't know that much here". Truer words have never been spoken.

Feedback:

The amount of mistakes and miscommunication at this hospital is pretty miraculous. The only good thing about this hospital is the WAC nurses and a handful of Doctors. Things need to change here, it is so sad and scary to witness how awful our health care is.

I called St. Peter's urgent care a few years ago to see how much a visit would cost. The gal that answered the phone told me it would be $50. I paid the $50 in cash. I was seen by a doctor that seemed unconcerned and uncaring. Almost a year later, I get a letter from a collection agency for almost $200. Never once did I get a bill from St. Peter's. Of course, supposedly there's nothing St. Peter's is willing to do once it's sent to collections. I believe Liars and thieves run this operation.

Feedback:

Dr. O'Connell is a very competent doctor who cares about her patients. She is friendly and listens to your concerns and she knows how to treat you or refer you to someone who can best help. She does not rush you in and out of her office. I have seen her as my primary care physcian for more than three years and I have never had complaint about the service I have received from her or her staff. Doctor O'Connell is a great physician and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Last year we went into their urgent care for our daughter thinking she was dehydrated. Little did we know our 4 month old was having a heart attack. Dr. Earl Book heard a gallop in her heart and sent us immediately to the ER for an x-ray and further monitoring. When we got to the ER they acted immediately and determined our daughter had a major heart issue. They arranged a life-flight to Primary Children’s in SLC. When we got to Primary’s the cardiology team said our daughter would have died that night had Dr. Book or the ER staff misdiagnosed or kept us longer. After our daughter’s open-heart surgery we remained in SLC for a year and our daughter now has her clean bill of health. We have been told time and time again by countless professionals who are the best in the country that the team at St. Pete’s is the only reason our daughter is alive today. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Book and St. Pete’s ER team. As far as the billing department went we had zero issues and they were quick and friendly to deal with.

Their billing department works faster than their doctors. Waited for test results, traveling doctor had moved on, and not provided me my test results. Strange they were able to get me my bill though.

Consistently have problems with billing. When you call the main number you often get routed directly to being on hold without ever speaking to a human. It is very frustrating.

I just had a total knee replacement operation at St Peter’s and it was one of the best medical interactions I have ever had. From the intake process, pre-surgery, recovery and post surgery stay were all professional and caring folks. I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

My daughter lives in MT and went to er after having a seizure. She could barely stand let alone walk and they drew labs and sent her home. What kind of backwoods medicine to you practice up there?
