The only reason they got 2 stars is because we made it safely to the island. Our bags and tools on the other hand were left behind. We made it for the 7:30 a.m. departure, we waited for some time for an employee to bring us a cart to load our belongings on even though we were the only customers there. After we load onto the boat we learned that they couldn’t get their little cart started (we had someone on land watching our luggage and work tools till they were safely on the boat). They never informed the boat or any other staff so we had to wait and hour and a half on the island for our luggage and work tools to make it. Needless to say, we lost and hour and a half of work because they have no communication at this company. Then after speaking with multiple employees on the island and on the phone with higher ups, they just kept telling us, “we don’t know what to tell you”. Not only did we lose that time but our associate on land lost an hour and a half of their lives too because after the boat took off so did the employees on land! There was no one watching the left behind baggage and tools except our personal person. For the price of their tickets, one would expect a little more communication and organization.
