Monopoly for many country residents! Overpriced fees for Very Slow internet service and ZERO support for outages that happen after 5pm on Friday - Sunday! (Weekends) If you have other choices DO NOT get stuck with this company!

March 25, 2018, the internet has been down for over 14 hours, and this is for every costomer. Were I live in Kelly we have to settle for Stars crappy DSL service, I pay over $80 a month for 10 gb, were as if we had Spetrum I could get 100 gb for that price. The only reason I gave a review of 1 star is for the few technicians that work for them, it's not their fault that the ownerso of the company do not want too spend some of their, our money to upgrade their equipment/lines, but I even heard the fiber optic has problems too. ?

it so sad that I have been with Star for so long and they still haven't upgraded in our area in the past 20 years what will it take to get an upgrade we are so far behind come on Star Telephone.

Please Lord let Time Warner run a line down my road.... What a waste of good money.... can't even watch tv and browse the internet at the same time.... And my goodness don't try and play a game online and watch tv too....LOL it ain't happening... unless of course you don't mind lag.... I guess in the grand scheme of things we still have what would be considered (as far as speed goes in comparison to what other people have) as dial up internet.... 10 mbs (which is the fastest connection we can get) is way too slow to handle what the modern family needs to enjoy the internet, but what do you do?... Only thing available in this area!
