This has got to be the shadiest, most crooked insurance agent ever! I was involved in an accident with a policy holder of this agency. It was their policy holders fault, but I am the one paying. The will not start my claim even though there is a report from the highway patrol stating she was 100% at fault, my son was hurt, and she says she has to talk to her policy holder to get her side before they will do anything. This agency has the most rude people working there and someone there told my husband it is not their problem until they get her side. Nevermind, I can’t get to and from work because I don’t have a vehicle.
