I ordered shirts from this company and while I was happy with the price and the product, they (specifically Todd) could not seem to supply me with an invoice so that I could get them paid (I work for JCPS and the purchasing procedures require an invoice). I supplied them with my email, the school accounting clerk attempted to call them, and if nothing else, the address of the school is readily available, all to no avail. I finally spoke to Todd on the phone; he became rude and abusive. He says he has emailed me invoices, but I have no emails from him. He also said he called my school and they said I didn't work there (I was sitting in my classroom when I spoke to him). My suspicion is that he neither called nor emailed the invoices. In short, the money was always here to pay the bill, had they made the effort. It is truly disappointing to deal with someone in good faith, only to have to deal with incompetence and abuse.
