What I love most about Anita and her team is the family dynamic that is displayed within their office. They get along so well and no matter who assists me, they all offer the same level of great customer service. Anita has a passion for helping others so I've never questioned her motives when going over policy quotes. I'd refer her to ANYONE!

Anita and her staff are a pleasure to deal with. They are knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful explaining various insurance options and helping you choose the best coverage for your situation. They are always available to answer questions and stand with you to guide you during the claims process. Anita is not simply an insurance agent, she is a trusted and respected advisor. I highly recommend Anita and feel very comfortable referring my friends, family and business associates to her.

Ms Anita is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I read the review and so far i like to deal with her. But iam sad to report that her receptionist as no clue on how insurance policy works and Mary is a nasty and rude lady.

Great price and excellent customer service! The environment at Anita’s office was beautiful and laid back. She even has a little playroom for children where our 6 year old son was able to sit quietly and play. Anita made the process so simple for us to understand, and answered all our questions thoroughly. Within 30 min we had everything done. We are very happy we chose Anita as our insurance agent and we highly recommend her services!

Love love love Anita, Mary and the staff at River Edge State Farm. I had work finished on my property today in which State Farm paid me in advance of. The claims process went very smoothly; they did all the work and sent me a check within 2 weeks. I had a similar positive experience a few years ago when my car was totalled. We have all of our insurance through them, soon adding renter's insurance for our college student. Steer Clear program, kids away at college over 100 miles and Good Student Discounts give big discounts on car insurance for 2 teenaged boys. Prices are competitive and the service is top notch!

Anita and her team are fantastic ! I shouldn't be saying this and I had to jump through hoops to do it, but I switched from another local SF office to Anita because she is so sharp and provides timely follow up. She has trained her team to do the same. All are friendly and helpful !
