Terrible insurance agent. I had one claim on renters insurance and they refuse to renew. They were not very helpful during the claim process either. I went with another State Farm agent in the area and am a happy customer for past 2+ years.

I have been with Charla Brand State Farm Insurance for years with multiple policies. Her agency is always responsive and courteous. When I read reviews that make negative claims I wonder if they are talking about a different agent. I know from experience that Charla and her staff are always involved with their clients. They have always gone out of their way to insure I have a good experience. Janos

After searching for a local agent after a bad experience with an online insurance company. I came to the conclusion I needed a local agent. After calling several agents throughout the Reno/Sparks I decided to go with the Charla Brand Agency. I was greeted by an agent who talked to me as if I was a real human. I can not tell you how many agents I talked to and not once did they make me feel like I was talking to someone I knew. When the Charla Brand agency answered the phone I felt like I just called home and was talking to my sister.Anyway I called a couple of more agents before I realized I would not find a place where I was more comfortable leaving my money.... so I called back and within a few minutes I transferred all my insurance to the Charla Brand Agency. I also picked up Life insurance for the first time outside of work. I was truly shocked that it was so affordable. So I now have my Auto, Renters and a small Life policy that I can use when I retire. Thank You Charla and your wonderful staff.
