Decided to make a switch recently when I purchased a new home. Davids office made everything so simple and stayed on top of everything through the entire process. They worked very well with my lender and I really didn't have to worry about a thing. Will recommend in the future for sure!

Has been the absolute WORST insurance agent we've ever dealt with. Anytime we've needed to speak directly to David we always get an excuse of why he can't take the phone call and if you leave a message it's days to weeks before you get a return call or we have to call back and leave message after message to get a phone call back and then he stumbles over everything he tells you and tells a straight out lie when we have all the correct answers from Dept of Insurance. Would never recommend this agent or ANY State Farm policies to anyone. They are good as long as you pay your premiums and have no claims but once you have a claim it's all down hill with customer service from every end of State Farm and they want to run and tuck their tails and not help with one single problem. I pay you as an agent to help me yet you do not.
