Everyone in the office has a great attitude, but this shout out is for Dina. She always goes above and beyond. Whether I call to add insurance or get a temporary card sent to me right away because I lost it, she always gets me what I need. Thats why I called her for my auto loan too. I have been with this agent for over 20 years. Thanks Dina for all you do.

Absolutely the worst! After claiming I didn't sign one form at the time I got insurance and paid the policy in full, they changed my premium and cancelled me only 4 months into a 6 month policy. DMV suspended my registration and license costing me $850 to clear.
