When I decided to move back to Illinois from California, I called Derek Eastman's office right away. My good friend Lewis made sure I had all the policies and coverage I needed, and he was always helpful and communicative whenever I had any issues.

Having insurance is crucial for me since I run a business and own a car that I use for work. Thankfully I had amazingly helpful advice from an agent here named Jim. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. He got me a great low rate with one of the top insurance companies that will NOT screw you oger when you need them most unlike other cheaper third party insurances. Don't be cheap, you get what you pay for and a lot is on the line.Jim helped me get insurance for my car, business, and renters insurance INSTAINST and with zero hassle. I got an amazing deal too. Highly recommend talking to him! Thanks Jim!!!

If I could give Derek and his team ALL of the gold stars on earth, I would. No matter what issue I have, he and his team swoop in to save the day while putting in so much effort that I feel like their only client.Whether it's patience and understanding through accidents and switching my insurance between cars, or helping my family get their homeowner's insurance settled through a stressful year, they've had my back. It's always a pleasure to do business with them when I walk in and chat with Donna behind the counter, or joke around with Lewis as he steps out from his office. Jim and Lauren were also a pleasure to meet and work with during my last car emergency, and got my request solved quickly with Lewis and Donna.I can't speak highly enough of Derek and his team, and trust them completely.
