Horrible customer service & incompetent staff . You can never get Edgar on the phone to take a phone call and he refuses to return calls. Everybody in that office is just winging it and I do not believe there is one person working there that knows what they are doing. I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and working with Edgar DeLeon has been miserable. I wouldn’t recommend his agency to anyone.
