Tiffany is a sweet gal, knows the business, Jesse up front very very nice helped me tremendously, had a little anxiety attack earlier, he was so kind, He's easy on the eye's to. ? Thanks Statefarm Insurance.

After many years of being a model multi-line customer State Farm cancelled my policy because they wanted so badly to add my son to my policy even though he lives in another state in his own house and we provided proof of that. Heidi, the rude office manager was so nasty in her condescending tone of assumption that he resides with us. The staff here used to be decent and professional but not anymore.This place and the morals of these people are trash! Shame on you Mark Rossmiller for allowing this to happen! May you get the same treatment in return! I'd rather be with a company that is compassionate, TRUSTING, non-discrimnitory and nasty to it's custmers anyway!

I bought car insurance with them. I had a very hard time getting anyone to call back. I was trying to find out about changing Flood from Allstate to State Farm.I called, no response. I drove down to the Del Webb address. The woman said she can't do anything because the phones and Internet were down. She promised to call me Monday morning....no call. I called them. "Cathy will call you back". No call back. I called again. Veronica said they were short staffed. I said I "was concerned as they don't communicate, when they say they will".
