Awesome place to get your insurance! Jason and his staff are the friendliest people I’ve ever met and are a joy to work with! Never had any problems and they have always been there for any questions we needed the answer too! They are always trying to help you get the best deals and the best insurance! Would recommend 100%!

I have worked with several other State Farm offices and Jason Cox's office is the most knowledgeable in the business. I would recommend this office to anyone searching for a good insurance office.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional employees, and most of all Jason himself is the worst. Jason has told me in the past that I wasn't allowed to file a towing claim, because why should he write me a check for the tow that was $100 when I only paid 50 cents a month for the coverage. I cannot help how much State Farm charges for their towing coverage. Furthermore, I started shopping around rates locally to find a better agent that was polite and professional. When I decided to make the switch, he called me numerous times bad mouthing the other carrier. He was saying "they won't give you the same coverages" "you get what you pay for". To be honest, I received better coverages, better rates, and a better environment ran by professionals who care about their customers needs instead of how many sales and claims they have. State Farm is a good company, but I would HIGHLY recommend into shopping with other State Farm Agents than Jason.

I have had State Farm in Valdese since 2008, and I have NEVER had a problem with anybody there. I understand to a point that some people have issues about insurance, but I also know first hand how important having Whole Life Insurance instead of a Term Policy is. I personally don't want to leave everything to my husband or children when I go, and my Life Insurance will take care of it all. At any rate, State Farm has always taken care of everything for me.....it's more than auto insurance!!

Extremely unprofessional and will hound you with phone calls to take out more insurance or life insurance. I mean several times a week even after you have asked them to stop. I was even "schooled" on life insurance in case my parents needed it. What? I was so insulted as my parents are deceased. Truly consider another company! It really is in your best interest.

I just want to say everyone at State Farm in Valdese is great to work with. They have gone above and beyond what they had to do in the past few weeks. Each email or call I have made has been answered quickly. Claims have been filed in the past year and everything taken care of very promptly without any problems. Thanks State Farm employees for making our lives so much better.

Not only am I happy with my service here but I went out of my way to tell my agent that she has removed 'dreadful' from my insurance vocabulary. There is little to no wait time to see a qualified agent and they are friendly and understanding. I started out with one policy and added another shortly thereafter. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

My parents and I have had insurance at this office for a while! Amazing customer service and I love how active they are in the community! We prefer state farm hands down!
