She genuinely cares about you and goes above and beyond to get you the very best coverage and covers every detail with easy explanations. She has the "IT" factor when it comes to building relationships and trust. She makes it easy to make changes or update. I equate my experience to going to Daytons back in the day when you walked out and felt like you got the real true customer service making you feel important and giving you special service.
