My review isnt necessarily about the location, but more so the company in general. This is just the location I use when consulting about their products.I have only had one claim with them in 4 years and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. On my way to work very early one morning, and deer ran out into the middle of the road and I was unable to avoid it. I hit it and came to a stop. Thank goodness I was ok, but the car not so much. It was all body damage and the car was still able to drive just fine. I continued on to work and called their 1-800 number to start the claim. This was around 4 in the morning. Someone picked up right away and immediately started to help me with the process. Before that though, their first questions were about me and if I was ok. This was a nice gesture. In less than 10 minutes, we had filed the claim and they made the reservations for taking my car to a local shop as well as lined up my rental car. It was so easy! I was very thankful for the process being so stress free, as the crash with the deer was enough stress for one morning. Their phone service was top notch and the entire process was as good as you could want for a situation like this. Very happy with State Farm surrounding my only claim incident.
