I had Mary Miller a few years back. One of the other agents in her office told me how much I owed that month. I asked for an extra day so I could get paid, and when I went in to pay my amount had jumped drastically in that time period. The agent proceeded to lie about even talking to me. My family had been with State Farm for years and had switched to this office after the other one screwed up my insurance in the state computer and costed me tickets. After this mess up and lies my family switched insurance from State Farm completely. Now I have full coverage on 1 vehicle, and liability on another plus major discounts due to my cdl and defensive driving courses. I would never go back to State Farm or either agent in Rockmart.
