We started our policy at an agreed upon rate which was charged to my bannk account ONCE! Then every month it was a different amount OVER 100.00 over our quote!!! Finally had to cancel our policy due to a 400.00 charge to my bank account that was NEVER AGREED TO! After weeks of working with them they refused to issue a refund!!! The only thing they are good at is increasing your payment then explaining how it's your fault! ALTHOUGH NOTHING ON DRIVING RECORD HAS CHANGED!!!!!
