When another agency was unable to insure my wife's engagement ring due to a "technicality" Ray stepped up and made sure it would be insured. I soon thereafter changed my vehicle policies to Ray and now my house insurance is with him. Everything was completely smooth, he even took care of breaking up with my old insurance carrier for me!
