Roy and I have had our insurance with Sig for a number of years. Recently our home was damaged by high winds and heavy rains during a storm. When Sig was notified he took immediate action, including visiting our home to check the damage. He notified the claims adjuster, who responded quickly. The claim was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Sig Holcomb and his staff to anyone who is searching for an outstanding insurance agency. They are true professionals who care about their clients.

Sig is the absolute best! He's been my agent for about 6 years, much thanks to my younger brother for sharing lol. Sig is always there, in great communication, and of amazing help. I was recently in an accident with an insuree from Eerie Insurance. The Rep from Eerie would not return my calls. Mrs. Linda and Sig were there for me in my time of need. Mrs. Linda promptly called Eerie and settled the whole ordeal in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for Great insurance, agents whom truly care, and an immaculately vast amount of Knowledge in this field.

Was a customer for 7 years, never had a problem until I got letters from my loan company, they had up and cancelled my homeowners insurance without my knowledge and messed up a new policy, cancelled everything and switched companies, then I got charged lapse of coverage from loan company which state farm refuses to pay for, says it is my fault because I didn't send them a refund back that corporate had sent me for a policy that hadn't been in force in 3 months. Assured me that if I would have sent them the $1000 back that my policy would be in force even though it was cancelled in March. I didn't even find out until the end of May that my homeowners insurance had been cancelled back in March. I have numerous letters from corporate showing the simple mistakes that were made with my policies that could have been simply resolved if they would have just accepted the fact that they were at fault, but state farm refuses to make it right. It's not so much about the money that they should be responsible for but the fact that I had to take off work and go through the trouble to find a new insurance company and all the time and headache wasted over such a simple mistake. Don't waste your time with State farm. Switched insurance companies and am now saving almost $600 per year.
