This has been the WORST insurance agency I have EVER dealt with! As a single middle aged mother of two (girls) my policies were dropped after Deer collision and an accident. They never made sure I KNEW the policies were cancelled, especially with having the monies direct deposited for monthly insurance premiums... I understand the logic, but do not agree with their efforts in notifying me the policies cancelled... SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES... seems they only are informative while they sign you up!
