She even takes excellent care of my referrals and they always have wonderful things to say about her. You won’t go wrong with this quality of customer service!

When we decided to switch insurance companies I went straight to State Farm in Kearney,MO. I worked with Erica Scott. She was fabulous. She always kept me in the loop and explained my policy to me in ways that I could understand. Like she said “I like to compare apples to apples” it turns out her quote was the best and I have been with State Farm ever since. Great job Erica~ Thanks for always taking care of my insurance needs!!

Tracy and her staff have been great. Always easy to work with and quick to find the answer you are looking for. The young lady at the front desk, Erica is always going out of her way to help us. Could ask for a better insurance agent.

I’ve used Tracy for almost 10 years to insure everything from my principal residence to rental properties I own to my farm business and equipment and the liabilities that come along with owning small businesses. In that time period I’ve had to file claims and change addresses, policies and properties, etc. Tracy and her team are second to none in customer service! I am incredibly picky as to who I choose to represent my interests and I have never considered changing agents or companies!

Tracy was awesome to work with, she did all the footwork to find me great coverage with rates. It was nice to speak with someone local yet get great rates and not have to deal with computer generated voices.

Much more than just insurance! Tracy was able to get a full percentage point off the interest on my used car loan from what the dealership was able to get for me. GAP insurance was included at no charge. Tracy is friendly, knowledgeable and was able to close my loan quickly. I won't finance a car anywhere else.

After many years with another insurance company we made the switch to Tracy Tucker and are very happy with the change. Not only are our rates lower, but more important is the individual care and concern that Tracy and her team express.Their customer service is off the chart, so 5 stars wouldn't cover that. Would I recommend them...ABSOLUTELY and I do on a frequent basis.
