I've had my insurance with Tyler's agency since I can't remember when. No matter what I contact them about, they are always helpful. At one time, I had a couple accident claims within two years. I called them to report and from there on it was seamless. They took care of everything.

I have several vehicles and drive one and the others are insured for storage. When I want to drive another vehicle for just the weekend, I call Tyler’s office and Kayla is very helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt to add coverage on the vehicle for just the weekend. I have nothing but great things to say for Tyler and Kayla.

I've tried several different insurance companies for home and auto. Tyler Engquist State Farm is by far the best one I have used yet. I am going on my second year with them. The people working in there are super awesome. Kyle and Kayla have been super nice to work with. if I could give this insurance team 10 stars I would. They have sent me birthday cards when my family forgot. lol! but they are a great insurance team to work with. they always follow-up to see if my needs have been taken care of. Highly suggest anyone looking for insurance to work with them. I have told my family members to go with them and we all agree, they're awesome!

Tyler is great! He met me based on my schedule at my work downtown, walked me through everything so it was very easy to understand and got me the best price. Very happy I switched over to State Farm with Tyler!

Tyler is the greatest! He explained everything to me in a way that I could actually understand! He is very trust-worthy and believe that if, in any case, I would need to call on him that he would be there for me. I have had other insurance agents who completely didn't respect me or my time (it took them DAYS to respond) -- Tyler is the complete opposite. Being a family man himself he understands that time is important and life must go on not matter what. Tyler worked around my schedule and respected the limited time I had for the appointment. He is respectful. He responds in a very timely manner. I am very excited to be building a relationship with Tyler and with State Farm.
