I've worked with Henry and the States of Matter team on multiple projects over the past 6 years, including going through their LevelUp branding service about a year ago. Choosing the right agency partner is a big deal so I'll share a few details from these projects. I first hired them to do a complex brochure system going to two very diverse audiences. I had the content, but none of the design, and only part of the strategy. Henry and his team took on the challenge and put together a brochure system which was both artistically beautiful but also highly useful and effective for our sales team and ultimately our customers. These brochures are still in use today, almost 6 years later. This past year, a friend and I worked with States of Matter to go through an early version of their LevelUp branding service. We had a new business concept we wanted to rapidly test out without investing too much in startup cost. In the process of one day (along with a couple phone calls ahead of time to get up to speed), we executed on key brand components, a logo, colors, typography, business cards, and a one page squarespace website. They produced exactly what we needed to test out the viability of the business idea. Overall I have no hesitation recommending States of Matter to even my closest friends (and I have on multiple occasions).
