He spent the time to explain the Medicare supplement options and to sort though the medicare drug plans with a list of my husband's medications in hand. We never felt rushed or pressured into making our decisions. Contacting him with questions has been easy and he has been great with follow up items. Beyond his professionalism, he is very personable and made us comfortable with the process.
