As an author whose publisher had closed unexpectedly, and having been left with little to no on-line presence, I’d struggled with how to move forward. I needed to not only feel refreshed but roll out an image that was all my own. A mutual contact introduced me to Step2: Branding and Design. Since I live far away, I had to relay my situation through phone and email, rather than in person.
