It took me over a week to place a simple order for stickers. I had to start my order all over again because they never sent me proofs and quotes for 2 of the designs, even though I contacted them every day asking for them. Every time I talked to customer service, they gave me information about stickers I had already ordered and could not answer my questions about the stickers I still needed to order. Finally, I decided to cancel my order and start all over again. Only after doing that was I able to order the stickers I needed. Sticker Giant's customer service was not helpful at all whatsoever. The entire experience was frustrating and has turned me off from using their services.
