Terrible experience. I order hats for a reasonable price on 2/15, clarified questions about my logo over the next two days... then silence for nearly a month. After several calls and emails I was finally able to find out my order was on hold for “incomplete cc info”. If we got that fixed it was going to be another 2 weeks. Silence and nearly 6 weeks to produce hats is impressively inefficient.
