Ordered pictures in crystals, took 14 days to find out there was a problem with machine!!! After talking to the person who does the work she was able to put someone else in front of my order when the machine did work...I received 1 phone calls, in 14 days... That was day 14. Order for wifes birthday and anniversary, at first offered to pay more to be sure to get them in a timely manner.. Will not be doing business with them..
