( Updated 05/25/19) Easy and convenient location. Great facility! Very clean and well kept. I was able to secure a great move in special on a climate controlled, 10×10 unit with easy access. Very Secure lot. Property Manager Nick Fitzgerald provided excellent customer service/direction(s). Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with My options. I am very happy and pleased with the service He provided. Be sure to ask for Nick! .... 03/21 Stopped in to say "Thank You" to Nick during a second visit to this faculty. Upon greeting Nick I was instantly and rudely accused of entering the property incorrectly at My previous visit. Without allowing Me to explain what happened he stated that He "didn't want to hear anything I had to say." (On a previous occasion I called Nick after My work hours and asked if it were possible to enter at that time (I believe 10:00pm) trying to save an additional days rental on a moving van. I said I understood the policy and was making a request Understanding the probable "No." I didn't hear back, which was cool, and I paid the fees... didn't know it that was the trigger) I'd Intented to store My personals while looking for a home. But that All abruptly changed when (after I explained "His Mishandling Me and what actually happened, which he confirmed to Me-camera?) I requested My rental contract closed and My unit vacated. Within 10-15 minutes I was able to load and remove My things. Nick hurriedly checked My unit and was somewhat surprised that I had waited at the exit gate for his return to bid him well. Don't really know what more to say from here. (05/25/19) I received a full refund from Storage King's Corporate office. After speaking with the acting District Manager, He was very apologetic and after some internal investigation arranged My refund. I am grateful for his kindness/decision.
