StrategiQ recently did some major work on my website after I had been let down by another company who were meant to do the job but who then proved unable to do it. Because of my previous experience I was extremely nervous about the work, but what a difference the service was. James cam to see me, had charted out everything that would be done, showed me the detailed checklist they would do to ensure that all had gone smoothly and, generally, put my mind at rest. He was always just a phone call away and was always happy to discuss the changes with me. The change was done smoothly and professionally and with absolutely no disruption to my website. Both James and Laurence worked on it, ensured that everything worked (as far as I can tell even staying late to do so) and quickly sorted out any issues. The next day Laurence was quickly on the case when there was a slight issue and fixed it within an hour (an unheard of time frame with previous web companies I have dealt with). The result, one very happy customer. Throughout the two weeks I dealt with them, StrategiQ were, professional, courteous, transparent and they delivered a service that was superlative. I would highly recommend this company.
