I have been with StratMar for 7 years. I started on one program then switched to another. This company listens to all their employees and truly awards those that simply follow the guidelines and put forth their best effort. They offer an outstanding constant and continuous training / mentoring program to assist everyone to become successful. If you have strong work ethics, enjoy working for a company that values your work like / personal life balance and helps you become the best you can be, StratMar is a great fit! All you need to do is take the steps that are placed in front of you and put forth the effort to exceed your own expectations and the sky is the limit!

My experience with StratMar has been bar-none the best company i have ever worked for in my 30 years of experience. The "keep it real" family oriented way to run a company has made my time with StratMar an amazing experience. Even when business slows down, alternative options are found and offered to assure all are taken care of and remain in line with life/work advancements and tasks. The most rewarding benefit with working for StratMar is by far, everyone's voice and opinions are heard, listened to and reacted upon.

Worked for this company for a week and it was by far the worst week of my life disrespectful assistance manager and to top it off they didn't freaking pay me if you every come across this company don't do it it's going to be the biggest mistake of your life

Absolute nightmare to have worked for this company! They are unprofessional, unethical and disorganized. Supplies never sent when needed or asked for, less than 50% of phone calls and emails would be returned and every paycheck was like pulling a tooth to get it. Several representatives that they hired to visit merchants in December and January have not been paid, including me at the time of this writing. We are talking close to 3 months and they said they don’t have the money to pay us !!!!

Do not make the mistake working for this company in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airpirt. The management does not know their head from a hole in the ground. They promoted one person who doesn't do nothing but stay on the phone posting things on facebook. Management does not communicate with you. I really enjoyed working there at first then it got to where management did not care about anything but you making the numbers so they could get a bonus. Heaven forbid if you had to use the restroom . I hardly got a break becbeca others had to have theirs be for I left after my shift. When I was trained I was told not to be aggressive but the manager sees others being that way and doesn't say anything . He just wants his bonus and wants it by any means necessary also was told not to stand behind kiosk to pitch when the one they gave the assistant manager position to does that. It took them a week to pay me my money ? when it was supposed to be 72 hours. Also they are breaking the law because they are supsuppo to give us sick time by Arizona law and they failed to do that. The management claims they no nothnot about it. I wish I cocou give negative stars but it won't let me they don't deserve one star

What the hell is wrong with you horrible people? You put so many out of jobs suddenly closing the market you promised was gonna stay open and growing. Then you have the nerve to take money from my husband's account, a month after shutting his market down because you have his banking info. Thats illegal. You are going down, all your sub companies are going down and to anyone reading this it is Comcast that is on the top doing all this so let's tale them down too

This is horrible company to work for they're extremely disorganized and they are spotty with support for they're clients and employees. My experience with them was ok at first but they promised things that they clearly did not come through with. I changed my life to help this Company and they royally screwed me and my family.
