Terrible service. My email confirmation said “7-10 days” to ship. I had to call twice. The First Lady I spoke with didn’t call me back as she said she would. The second lady got me some information but failed to email me a tracking number. Needless to say my order took over 23 days. My wife had to call to get a tracking number. 3 phone calls for 1 order and delayed shipping. Will not use again. I also let Fountain boats know the terrible service from Sullivan Group.

I have ordeed lots of clothes from them for our business. They are great to talk to on the phone and really sound like they care and want to get the ordwer right. Rocki and Amy were jonny on the spot and even recomended some colors that turned out perfect!
