If you have children BEWARE. We rented a duplex through Sun-Surf Realty, first, the house was in disrepair, wall sockets hanging out of the wall, curtain rods hanging, the house was a shambles. Second, according to Sun-Surf, their was “light maintenance “ going on next door which in reality was heavy repetitive banging, we had young children who napped daily and were unable to do so because of all the noise!! Very stressful!. When we called Sun-Surf they did absolutely NOTHING! They were so apathetic that it was mind boggling! Will never rent from them again. They don’t even know what customer service is. I’ve been told the Emerald Isle Reality and BLUEWATER Reality are the best! I can’t even rate it one star, they are that bad.

I have been coming to emerld isle sence 1982. This was the first time we used Sun Surf Realty and we were very pleased! We had a minor issue with the cable and Sun Surf was all over it. The house was better than expected and very clean. We look forward to seeing you guys again! Thanks!

The house was wonderful. Great location .beach was right out the door . Lovely views. Me and family will definitely go back. Sun surf reality was super to deal with and i recommend them to all who are looking for a better stay

We had a wonderful experience at Aloha for the third straight year. Any problems were addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction.. This business is absolutely customer oriented. Recommended most highly.

Exactly what you want when you plan a vacation. Booked online. Most all questions are answered on the description of the property. Picked up keys when we checked in. I was greeted with a smile and it took all of 1 min. to get the keys. The house was exactly what we needed. It was clean and perfect size. Dropped the keys off in a drop box when we left and got a nice thank you email from Sun-Surf. Great vacation

I've been trying to get one thing fixed for the past several months and they literally have done the bare minimum. Tough people, the women who field the calls are friendly as hell but the work just doesn't get done for some reason or another on up the chain.
